Peter is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation practice group.
Admitted to practice in 1995, Peter’s areas of expertise are probate law and litigation, commercial litigation, and employment law.
Peter has a particular interest in estate law and litigation. He provides detailed advice on all types of wills, estate disputes and challenges, and he regularly appears as counsel in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
He is a member of the Elder Law and Succession Planning Committee of the Law Society of Western Australia, and is a full member of the Western Australian chapter of the Society of Trust and Estate Professionals. He is also a member of the Wills & Estate sub-chapter of Collaborative Professionals WA.
In 2025, Peter was one of the first lawyers in Western Australia to be
recognised as an inaugural Wills & Estates Accredited Specialist,
recognising his high level of expertise in estate law and estate litigation.
Doyle’s Guide consistently lists Peter as a Recommended Wills & Estate Litigation Lawyer and a Recommended Wills, Estate and Succession Planning Lawyer in Western Australia.
Peter also provides detailed advice on all types of commercial litigation, general litigation, and employment matters including drafting industrial agreements and employment law advice.
When not working, Peter is indulging in his favorite pastimes of falling asleep on the couch and losing arguments with teenagers.
