Peter is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation practice group.

​

Admitted to practice in 1995, Peter’s areas of expertise are probate law and litigation, commercial litigation, and employment law.

​

Peter has a particular interest in probate law and litigation, and provides detailed advice on all types of wills, estate disputes and challenges. 

​

He is a member of the Elder Law and Succession Planning Committee of the Law Society of Western Australia, and is a full member of the Western Australian chapter of the Society of Trust and Estate Professionals.  He is also a member of the Wills & Estate sub-chapter of Collaborative Professionals WA.

​

In 2021, Doyle’s Guide again listed Peter as a Leading Wills, Estate & Succession Planning Lawyer and a Recommended Wills & Estate Litigation Lawyer in Western Australia.

 

Peter also provides detailed advice on all types of commercial litigation, general litigation, and employment matters including drafting industrial agreements and employment law advice.

In addition to the above, Peter is a member of the Australian Institute of Management WA, and the Rotary Club of Northbridge.

​

When not working, Peter is indulging in his favorite pastimes of falling asleep on the couch and losing arguments with his teenage son.
