Carla has over 17 years’ experience in the legal sector and has worked her way up from starting in the industry as an Administration Assistant to joining Taylor Smart in February 2023 as the Practice Manager.

Carla is responsible for office management, the development and implementation of the firm’s policies and procedures, firm finances and budgeting. She oversees all of the administrative and business operations and provides HR support to our team, ensuring that Taylor Smart delivers exceptional service to our clients.

She is looking forward to overseeing the growth and expansion of Taylor Smart into one of Western Australia’s leading providers of legal services.
