Peter provides detailed advice on industrial relations issues to both employers and employees including the interpretation of the recent legislative changes and the drafting of contracts and industrial agreements.  He also provides advice and representation in company matters, estate disputes, personal injuries claims (including motor vehicle accident, public liability and workers' compensation claims) and criminal injuries compensation matters.

Admitted to practice in 2008, Kunal practises in the area of commercial and corporate litigation with a special interest in trade practices and corporations law. He has also worked in the personal injury and debt recovery/enforcement teams.

Kunal practises in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court of Western Australia. His practice integrates knowledge gained from studies in Corporate Finance and Corporate Accounting.

Gemma has appeared in various jurisdictions including the Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court.
